Packing and Shipping
The transformer body is first firmly fixed on a heavy wooden pallet, and shockproof rubber pads are used around it to cushion the vibration and impact during transportation. The outside of the transformer is wrapped with a moisture-proof and rust-proof film to prevent moisture and corrosion, ensuring that the equipment is always in good condition during transportation. All oil valves, bushings and accessories are sealed and leak-proof to prevent oil leakage.
To further ensure the safety of the transformer, the outer packaging uses a sturdy wooden box or steel frame structure, which can effectively resist external collisions and harsh transportation environments. During transportation, the transformer will be transported by flatbed trucks or containers and secured with strong straps to prevent any displacement or damage.
For long-distance transportation, the transformer will be transported by sea or land to ensure timely delivery to the destination. During transportation, the transformer will undergo strict inspection to ensure that there is no damage or non-compliance. After arriving at the destination port or port, the transformer will complete the customs clearance procedures according to local customs clearance requirements and be unloaded by professionals. After unloading, the transformer will be further installed or debugged according to the customer's requirements. All transportation and packaging are carefully designed to ensure that the equipment can be put into use normally after arrival.
NPC ELECTRIC is committed to providing safe and efficient transportation services to ensure that every transformer can be delivered to customers safely and worry-free.

Manufacturer Test

Progress Test
NPC ELECTRIC's 2500kVA oil-immersed transformers undergo rigorous production testing before leaving the factory to ensure that every technical indicator meets international standards and customer needs. The tests include the transformer's insulation strength, temperature rise test, load loss test, and no-load loss test to ensure its stability and reliability in normal operation. In the electrical performance test of the high and low voltage windings, we strictly check its electrical characteristics to ensure safe use. The oil immersion test monitors the oil quality and oil level of the transformer to ensure the integrity and cooling effect of the oil system. All test results will be recorded and analyzed, and reviewed by professional engineers. In the end, only transformers that pass all tests will be delivered to customers to ensure that they are in optimal operating condition.

Design Tests
All transformer will be test after finished the production, test items as below:
♦ Insulation Power Factor
♦ Ratio, Polarity, and Phase Relation
♦ Winding Resistance
♦ Impulse Tests
♦ On load Loss Test
♦ No Load Loss Test
♦ Leak Test
♦ DC Insulation Resistance Test
♦ Transformer Turns Ratio/TTR (All Tap Voltages)
♦ Impedance Voltage & Load Loss (Rated Voltage)
♦ Polarity, 1-Ph / Phase Relation, 3-Ph (Rated Voltage)
♦ Excitation & No-Load Loss (Rated Voltage)
♦ Applied Voltage
♦ Induced Voltage
♦ Lightning Impulse
♦ Insulation Resistance (Rated Voltage)
♦ Temperature Rise
♦ Dielectric Withstand (Hipot)

Transformer Factory Acceptance Test
NPC ELECTRIC's 2500kVA oil-immersed transformers will undergo rigorous transformer factory acceptance testing (FAT) before leaving the factory.
First, the transformer will undergo a comprehensive high-voltage test to ensure that its insulation performance meets international standards. Next, a load test is carried out to verify its stability and efficiency under rated load. The transformer's temperature rise test will also be performed to ensure its thermal management capabilities under normal operating conditions. All mechanical and electrical connections will be checked to confirm their safety and reliability. In addition, a partial discharge test will be carried out to ensure that the transformer will not have abnormal discharge under high-voltage conditions. The test results will be recorded, and a detailed report will be provided to ensure that the quality of each device meets customer needs.
Through this series of rigorous tests, NPC ELECTRIC ensures that the 2500kVA oil-immersed transformer can work stably and safely in actual operation.
Routine Test - Leak Test
Voltage source (usually 500V, 1 KV or 2.5 KV, customized according to test requirements)
Temperature and humidity meter
Ground electrode
Properly connect the test equipment (such as a leak detector) to the pipe, container or sealing structure of the device under test.
Apply Test Voltage:
Apply the appropriate test pressure (e.g. 10 bar, 15 bar, etc.) depending on the equipment's operating pressure or test standard.
Applied test pressure
Leakage (can be monitored by flow meter or other equipment)
Time record (to ensure that the test time meets the standard requirements)
Initial pressure and final pressure (if any changes)
Minor leakage (good): Very small leakage is allowed, and it is necessary to judge whether it is qualified according to industry standards.

FAQ From Customers
-
What is a Transformer?A transformer is an electrical device used to change the voltage of alternating current (AC). It works on the principle of electromagnetic induction, converting high-voltage current into low-voltage current or low-voltage current into high-voltage current. Transformers are widely used in power transmission, distribution systems, and various electronic devices.
-
What are the main uses of a transformer? The main use of a transformer is voltage conversion. Transformers are used in power transmission systems to help transfer electricity from power plants to consumers. In addition, transformers are also used in electronic devices such as chargers, televisions, power adapters, etc., to adjust the voltage to meet the requirements of different devices.
