Customization Optional
The rated voltage high-voltage side can be 11kV, 13.2kV, 13.8kV, 15kV, 19.92kV, 24.94kV, etc., depending on the grid standard. The low-voltage side can be 120/240V, 240/480V, 277/480V or other customized voltages. The frequency is 50Hz or 60Hz, and the appropriate transformer specifications are selected according to the grid frequency of different countries or regions.
The 167kVA Conventional Type Single Phase pole Mounted transformer provides a variety of optional specifications to meet different grid requirements, environmental conditions and special application needs. By selecting different voltage levels, insulation media, cooling methods, protection levels and intelligent monitoring functions, the transformer can provide reliable power guarantees in many fields such as urban and rural power distribution, industrial power supply, agricultural power and new energy applications.
Packing and Shipping
In order to ensure that the transformer is not affected by the external environment during long-distance transportation, it is usually packed in sturdy wooden boxes or wooden pallets. A waterproof film is added to the outside of the wooden box to prevent water vapor from entering and protect the transformer from moisture. The wooden box structure usually uses imported high-quality wood to ensure strength and stability. The transformer is additionally protected against shock by foam, airbags or rubber pads inside the wooden box to reduce possible collisions and vibrations during transportation.
The transformer is fixed in the container by steel wire ropes, wooden frames, support blocks, etc. to prevent sliding or tilting during transportation. Especially during the shaking of sea voyage, it is necessary to ensure that the transformer is stable and motionless to avoid damage. Sea transportation usually involves long-term sea transportation, especially in humid and salt spray environments. To prevent the equipment housing and internal components from being corroded by salt, an anti-salt spray coating is added to the outside of the packaging box, and preservatives are used to ensure the safety of the transformer during sea transportation. During transportation, products are usually insured with full marine insurance to ensure full compensation in case of damage or loss.
The packaging and shipping process of NPC ELECTRIC'S 167kVA Conventional Type Single Phase Pole Mounted transformer involves multiple details, including sturdy wooden box packaging, moisture and corrosion protection, precise loading and fixing, temperature and humidity monitoring during sea transportation, and customs clearance and delivery procedures after arriving at the destination. Through professional packaging and transportation arrangements, we ensure that the transformer is fully protected during long-distance sea transportation and arrives at the customer's hands on time and safely.

Manufacturer Test

Progress Test
During the manufacturing process of NPC ELECTRIC'S 167kVA Conventional Type Single Phase pole Mounted transformer, the manufacturer will conduct a series of key tests, including material inspection, winding test and insulation inspection. The tests also include electrical performance verification, such as short-circuit test, load test and temperature rise test to ensure that the transformer can operate safely under the specified environmental conditions. Through these tests, manufacturers can confirm that the transformer meets industry standards and customer requirements. The results of the progress test will be recorded in the report as a quality assurance before final delivery.

Design Tests
All transformer will be test after finished the production, test items as below:
♦ Insulation Power Factor
♦ Ratio, Polarity, and Phase Relation
♦ Winding Resistance
♦ Impulse Tests
♦ On load Loss Test
♦ No Load Loss Test
♦ Leak Test
♦ DC Insulation Resistance Test
♦ Transformer Turns Ratio/TTR (All Tap Voltages)
♦ Impedance Voltage & Load Loss (Rated Voltage)
♦ Polarity, 1-Ph
♦ Excitation & No-Load Loss (Rated Voltage)
♦ Applied Voltage
♦ Induced Voltage
♦ Lightning Impulse
♦ Insulation Resistance (Rated Voltage)
♦ Temperature Rise
♦ Dielectric Withstand (Hipot)

Transformer Factory Acceptance Test
The factory acceptance test of NPC ELECTRIC'S 167kVA Conventional Type Single Phase pole Mounted transformer includes a comprehensive test of the transformer's electrical performance, mechanical structure and safety functions to ensure that it meets the design requirements and international standards. The test content usually covers no-load test, load test, short-circuit test and temperature rise test to verify the reliability and stability of the transformer.
Routine Test - Transformer Turns Ratio/TTR (All Tap Voltages)
Voltage source: usually AC 10 V to 30 V , used to test different voltages for each tap.
Temperature and humidity meter: used to record environmental conditions during the test to ensure test accuracy.
Current probe: used to measure the load current of the winding and ensure the accuracy of the test results.
Perform the test under suitable environmental conditions: relative humidity below 75% and no rain (recommended temperature: 20-30°C). Avoid high humidity or bad weather that may affect the test accuracy.
The voltage ratio between the windings
Deviation of the measured value from the rated ratio
0.5% < Turns ratio error ≤ 1% (caution)
Turns ratio error > 1% (further inspection or corrective action required)

FAQ From Customers
-
What is a Transformer?A transformer is an electrical device used to change the voltage of alternating current (AC). It works on the principle of electromagnetic induction, converting high-voltage current into low-voltage current or low-voltage current into high-voltage current. Transformers are widely used in power transmission, distribution systems, and various electronic devices.
-
What are the main uses of a transformer? The main use of a transformer is voltage conversion. Transformers are used in power transmission systems to help transfer electricity from power plants to consumers. In addition, transformers are also used in electronic devices such as chargers, televisions, power adapters, etc., to adjust the voltage to meet the requirements of different devices.
