The on-load tap changer is suitable for environments with large voltage fluctuations, and the output voltage can be adjusted during operation to improve power supply stability.
NPC ELECTRIC'S 75kVA Conventional Type Single Phase pole Mounted transformer has a variety of optional specifications to meet different grid requirements, operating environments and special application requirements. Users can customize according to voltage level, insulation medium, cooling method, protection level and intelligent monitoring function, so that the transformer can provide a safer and more reliable power supply in applications such as urban and rural power distribution, agricultural power supply, commercial and small industrial loads.
Packing and Shipping
The transformers are first wrapped with moisture-proof and dust-proof materials to protect the equipment from the external environment. Commonly used packaging materials include plastic film, foam padding, and anti-rust paper. The transformers are usually placed in sturdy wooden boxes or steel frames to provide additional physical protection from collisions or vibrations during transportation.
According to the weight and size of the transformer, choose the appropriate transportation tools (such as trucks, containers, etc.) for loading. According to customer requirements and destinations, transformers can be transported by land, sea or air. For international transportation, customs declaration and export procedures may be required.
The transformers are firmly fixed in the transport vehicle or container to prevent displacement or vibration during transportation. Tie straps, wooden pallets and other fixings are usually used to ensure the stability of the equipment.
In the container, the transformer is usually placed on a dedicated bracket to reduce pressure and friction on the equipment.
Through careful packaging and shipping arrangements, the 5kVA conventional single-phase pole-mount transformer can remain safe and intact during transportation, ensuring that customers receive quality equipment to meet their power needs.

Manufacturer Test

Progress Test
Manufacturing progress testing of NPC ELECTRIC'S 75kVA Conventional Type Single Phase pole Mounted transformer includes electrical testing, structural inspection and component verification. Tests usually include electrical insulation of high and low voltage windings, withstand voltage test, short circuit test, etc. Manufacturers also check temperature rise test and other operating performance to ensure the stability of the transformer under load conditions. Through progress testing, manufacturers ensure that the transformer meets all design standards and has long-term reliability before delivery.

Design Tests
All transformer will be test after finished the production, test items as below:
♦ Insulation Power Factor
♦ Ratio, Polarity, and Phase Relation
♦ Winding Resistance
♦ Impulse Tests
♦ On load Loss Test
♦ No Load Loss Test
♦ Leak Test
♦ DC Insulation Resistance Test
♦ Transformer Turns Ratio/TTR (All Tap Voltages)
♦ Impedance Voltage & Load Loss (Rated Voltage)
♦ Polarity, 1-Ph
♦ Excitation & No-Load Loss (Rated Voltage)
♦ Applied Voltage
♦ Induced Voltage
♦ Lightning Impulse
♦ Insulation Resistance (Rated Voltage)
♦ Temperature Rise

Transformer Factory Acceptance Test
The factory acceptance test of NPC ELECTRIC'S 75kVA Conventional Type Single Phase pole Mounted transformer includes a comprehensive inspection of the transformer's electrical performance, dielectric strength, load test and safety functions to ensure that it meets the design standards and quality requirements.
Routine Test - Leak Test
Voltage source (usually 500V, 1 KV or 2.5 KV, customized according to test requirements)
Temperature and humidity meter
Ground electrode
Properly connect the test equipment (such as a leak detector) to the pipe, container or sealing structure of the device under test.
Apply Test Voltage:
Apply the appropriate test pressure (e.g. 10 bar, 15 bar, etc.) depending on the equipment's operating pressure or test standard.
Applied test pressure
Leakage (can be monitored by flow meter or other equipment)
Time record (to ensure that the test time meets the standard requirements)
Initial pressure and final pressure (if any changes)
Minor leakage (good): Very small leakage is allowed, and it is necessary to judge whether it is qualified according to industry standards.

FAQ From Customers
-
What is a Transformer?A transformer is an electrical device used to change the voltage of alternating current (AC). It works on the principle of electromagnetic induction, converting high-voltage current into low-voltage current or low-voltage current into high-voltage current. Transformers are widely used in power transmission, distribution systems, and various electronic devices.
-
What are the main uses of a transformer? The main use of a transformer is voltage conversion. Transformers are used in power transmission systems to help transfer electricity from power plants to consumers. In addition, transformers are also used in electronic devices such as chargers, televisions, power adapters, etc., to adjust the voltage to meet the requirements of different devices.
