Customization Optional
The optional specifications of 200 kVA three-phase oil-immersed transformers provide a variety of customized options to meet the needs of different application scenarios. Users can choose different input and output voltage levels according to actual needs, such as 10kV/0.4kV, 11kV/0.4kV, etc., to adapt to different power distribution requirements. The insulation level and cooling method of the transformer can also be adjusted according to the use environment, such as providing natural oil cooling or a forced oil cooling system to optimize the heat dissipation effect. To improve safety and reliability, temperature monitoring devices, overload protection systems, and short circuit protection functions are also optional.
Packing and Shipping
For this purpose, our company's 200kVA three-phase oil-immersed transformers are packed and transported with comprehensive protection measures to ensure that the equipment can reach the customer's designated location safely and efficiently. First of all, before leaving the factory, the transformer undergoes strict quality inspection and performance testing to ensure that it meets technical standards and customer-specific requirements. The exterior and key components of the transformer, such as the oil tank and electrical wiring parts, will be tightly wrapped with waterproof, moisture-proof, and rust-proof materials to ensure that the equipment is not affected by the external environment during transportation and prevent any possible corrosion or contamination.
To ensure transportation safety, the transformer is installed in a sturdy wooden or steel frame. The frame design takes into account the needs of shock and impact resistance, and the interior is filled with shock-proof foam or other cushioning materials to effectively reduce the impact of vibration and collision on the equipment during transportation. All external packaging will be specially reinforced according to the mode of transportation (land, sea, or air) to ensure the stability of the transformer during transportation. At the same time, clear handling instructions and warning labels will be marked on the packaging to remind the handling personnel to operate carefully to avoid any damage caused by improper operation.
We will choose experienced and reliable logistics companies for transportation, and choose the most suitable transportation method according to the specific needs of the destination. During the entire transportation process, the logistics company will track the transformer in real time to ensure safe delivery on time and as required. After arriving at the destination, we will provide detailed unloading and installation instructions to ensure that the transformer can be put into use smoothly and safely, and meet the customer's operation and maintenance needs

Manufacturer Test

Progress Test
NPC Electric manufactures three-phase oil-immersed transformers the strict quality control. The Progress Test for a 200kVA is a test conducted at various stages during the transformer production process. The purpose is to ensure the quality of each manufacturing link and to detect potential problems in a timely manner to ensure that the transformer is of a qualified quality when it is finally shipped. The main contents include:
Component inspection: Check whether the various components of the transformer (such as core, winding, insulation material, etc.) meet the design requirements and meet the quality standards.
Process inspection: Check in each production link, such as the production and assembly process of the winding, to ensure that each step meets the standards and specifications.
Electrical inspection: Perform preliminary electrical tests during the assembly process to confirm that all electrical connections are correct and the equipment can work properly.
Welding and sealing inspection: Check whether the transformer's oil tank welding is firm and the sealing is perfect to ensure that the equipment does not leak oil during transportation and use.
Cooling system inspection: Ensure that the transformer's cooling system (such as oil pump, oil circulation system, etc.) can work effectively to ensure that the transformer will not overheat under load.
The purpose of progress testing is to perform quality control during the production process, detect and correct potential problems, and thus ensure the quality of the final product.

Design Tests
All transformer will be test after finished the production, test items as below:
♦ Insulation Power Factor
♦ Ratio, Polarity, and Phase Relation
♦ Winding Resistance

Transformer Factory Acceptance Test
The Transformer Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a 200kVA three-phase Oil immersed transformers is a series of comprehensive inspections and tests conducted after the transformer is produced and assembled before leaving the factory, aiming to confirm that the equipment meets the design specifications and technical requirements, and ensure the safety and stability of the transformer in actual operation. The main contents include:
Electrical performance test: including no-load voltage test, load loss test, short-circuit impedance measurement, etc., to ensure that the electrical performance of the transformer meets the design requirements.
Temperature rise test: Under rated load conditions, measure the temperature of the transformer oil and windings to ensure that it does not exceed the safe temperature range during normal operation.
Oil quality inspection: Detect the quality of the transformer oil, including insulation strength, water content, etc., to ensure that the quality of the oil meets the standards.
Noise test: Test the noise level of the transformer during operation to ensure that it meets the relevant noise control requirements.
Protection function test: Check whether the overload protection, short-circuit protection and other functions are normal, to ensure that the transformer can automatically cut off the power in abnormal conditions to avoid damage to the equipment.

FAQ From Customers
-
What is a Transformer?A transformer is an electrical device used to change the voltage of alternating current (AC). It works on the principle of electromagnetic induction, converting high-voltage current into low-voltage current or low-voltage current into high-voltage current. Transformers are widely used in power transmission, distribution systems, and various electronic devices.
-
What are the main uses of a transformer? The main use of a transformer is voltage conversion. Transformers are used in power transmission systems to help transfer electricity from power plants to consumers. In addition, transformers are also used in electronic devices such as chargers, televisions, power adapters, etc., to adjust the voltage to meet the requirements of different devices.
