Customization Optional
The optional specifications of the 80kVA three-phase oil-immersed transformer provide a variety of customized options to meet the needs of different applications and operating environments. Users can choose different voltage levels and load adjustment options according to specific needs, such as tap switches with load or no-load adjustment, so as to accurately adjust the output voltage of the transformer to ensure that it adapts to different power system needs. In addition, the transformer can also be equipped with efficient insulating oil, which is particularly suitable for use in extreme temperatures or special environments to enhance the durability and safety of the transformer.
Packing and Shipping
For this purpose, the packaging and transportation process of the 80kVA three-phase oil-immersed transformer is carefully designed to ensure that the equipment is fully protected during transportation and arrives safely at the destination. First, the transformer will be placed on a sturdy wooden box or wooden pallet for packaging, and the external packaging materials are treated with anti-corrosion to prevent moisture, corrosion, and bad weather. In order to reduce the vibration and impact that may occur during transportation, the transformer will be wrapped with materials such as anti-vibration pads, bubble film, or plastic film to ensure that the equipment is stable and intact during transportation. In addition, since the transformer adopts an oil-immersed design, special attention is paid to the sealing of the oil tank to ensure that the oil does not leak and maintain the correct oil level. Conspicuous warning labels such as "fragile", "keep dry", and "moisture-proof" will be affixed to the outer packaging to remind the handling and transportation personnel to operate carefully and prevent unnecessary damage to the equipment. According to the specific destination and conditions of transportation, the transformer will choose a suitable transportation method, such as land transportation, sea transportation, or rail transportation, to ensure the safest and most efficient logistics method. In addition, when transporting internationally, relevant customs documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, export permits, etc., will be prepared to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with the regulations of the importing country. After the transformer arrives at the destination, the transportation company will unload and inspect the packaging to ensure that the equipment has not been damaged. Through this series of carefully arranged packaging and transportation processes, it is ensured that the 80kVA three-phase oil-immersed transformer can be delivered to the customer safely and on time, ready for use.

Manufacturer Test

Progress Test
NPC Electric manufactures three-phase oil-immersed transformers the strict quality control. The Progress Test of an 80kVA three-phase oil-immersed transformer is an important step to ensure that the transformer meets the design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements during the manufacturing process. The test content includes several key items.
First, the Winding Resistance Test is carried out to check whether the resistance value of the winding meets the expected standard and ensure that there is no abnormality in the current transmission.
Next, the Insulation Resistance Test is carried out to verify the insulation performance of each component inside the transformer to prevent electrical faults and short circuits. Load loss and no-load loss tests are used to evaluate the energy efficiency of the transformer to ensure that its energy loss during operation is minimal. Short-circuit impedance test ensures that the transformer can withstand safe current pressure and maintain stable operation under short-circuit conditions. The temperature rise test simulates the working state of the transformer under long-term load to ensure that the transformer does not overheat during operation and the temperature remains within a safe range.
All these progress tests help ensure the performance, efficiency, and safety of the 80kVA three-phase oil-immersed transformer meets industry standards and design requirements before delivery to customers.

Design Tests
All transformer will be test after finished the production, test items as below:
♦ Insulation Power Factor
♦ Ratio, Polarity, and Phase Relation
♦ Winding Resistance
♦ Impulse Tests
♦ On load Loss Test
♦ No Load Loss Test
♦ Leak Test
♦ DC Insulation Resistance Test
♦ Transformer Turns Ratio/TTR (All Tap Voltages)

Transformer Factory Acceptance Test
NPC Electric will have tests made for quality control by the manufacturer on every device or representative samples, or on parts or materials as required, to verify during production that the product meets the design specifications.
The Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of the 80kVA three-phase oil-immersed transformer is a critical quality control procedure to ensure that the transformer meets all design and safety specifications. First, the Winding Resistance Test is performed to measure the resistance value of the winding to ensure that it meets the design standards and is not damaged or abnormal. Next, the Insulation Resistance Test is performed to check the internal insulation system of the transformer to confirm that all insulation materials and components can effectively prevent electrical leakage and ensure long-term safe operation. The temperature rise test simulates the working state of the transformer under rated load, checks its temperature rise under long-term operation, and ensures that its operating temperature is within a safe range and will not overheat. Finally, Oil tank sealing inspection and Oil level monitoring are carried out to ensure that there is no leakage in the transformer tank, the insulation oil is intact, and the proper oil level is maintained. Through these detailed factory acceptance tests, it is ensured that the 80kVA three-phase oil-immersed transformer fully complies with international standards and industry specifications before being delivered to customers, and has efficient, stable, and safe performance.
