Customization Optional
Optional insulation grades include Class A, Class B, Class F or Class H. Select the appropriate grade according to the working environment and use temperature of the transformer. High-grade insulation system provides better heat resistance and longer service life, especially for operation in high temperature or harsh environments.
Bay-O-Net fuses and ELSP overcurrent protection fuses are available on the high-voltage side to effectively protect the transformer from overload and short-circuit damage. Lightning arresters can be installed on the low-voltage side to effectively prevent the impact of lightning strikes and voltage mutations on the transformer.
NPC ELECTRIC'S 10kVA Conventional Type Single Phase pole Mounted transformer offers a range of flexible optional specifications to meet different application environments and work requirements. By selecting different voltage levels, insulation systems, cooling methods, enclosure protection levels, and intelligent monitoring functions, the transformer can provide stable, reliable, and efficient power supply in residential, commercial, agricultural and other scenarios.
Packing and Shipping
The core components of the transformer (such as oil tank, windings, electrical connections) need to be professionally protected. First, we will wrap the vulnerable parts of the transformer with soft shockproof materials (such as foam, plastic protective film) to avoid impact and friction during transportation.
The transformer is placed in a reinforced wooden box or wooden pallet to ensure that the product is stable and easy to load and unload. The wooden box can be protected by multiple layers of shockproof foam pads, wooden pads and soft pads. The outside of the package will be marked with product information, operating requirements and shipping labels such as "fragile" and "waterproof". Anti-corrosion coatings will be used in the packaging materials, especially in environments with high humidity and salt spray, to ensure that the packaging materials will not corrode due to weather reasons.
The transformer will be firmly fixed in the container using wooden brackets or steel support frames to prevent severe vibrations during sea transportation. To prevent bumps and vibrations during transportation, the transformer will be firmly locked in the container.
In order to prevent potential risks during transportation, we will purchase transportation insurance for the transformer, including marine transportation insurance, fire insurance, theft insurance, etc., to ensure that compensation can be obtained in time in case of accidents. During the packaging and shipping of NPC ELECTRIC'S 10kVA Conventional Type Single Phase pole Mounted transformer, special attention is paid to the safety, integrity and timely delivery of the product. Through carefully designed internal and external packaging, professional transportation arrangements and strict loading and unloading processes, we ensure that the product can reach the hands of customers in the best condition.

Manufacturer Test

Progress Test
NPC ELECTRIC'S 10kVA Conventional Type Single Phase pole Mounted transformer progress test mainly includes raw material testing, coil winding and core assembly inspection to ensure that the production process meets technical standards. During the manufacturing process, insulation resistance test, winding voltage ratio test and partial discharge test will be carried out to ensure the electrical performance of the transformer and ensure that it meets the design specifications and quality requirements.

Design Tests
All transformer will be test after finished the production, test items as below:
♦ Insulation Power Factor
♦ Ratio, Polarity, and Phase Relation
♦ Winding Resistance
♦ Impulse Tests
♦ On load Loss Test
♦ No Load Loss Test
♦ Leak Test
♦ DC Insulation Resistance Test
♦ Transformer Turns Ratio/TTR (All Tap Voltages)
♦ Impedance Voltage & Load Loss (Rated Voltage)
♦ Polarity, 1-Ph
♦ Excitation & No-Load Loss (Rated Voltage)
♦ Applied Voltage
♦ Induced Voltage
♦ Lightning Impulse
♦ Insulation Resistance (Rated Voltage)

Transformer Factory Acceptance Test
Factory acceptance tests for NPC ELECTRIC'S 10kVA Conventional Type Single Phase pole Mounted transformer include insulation withstand voltage test, no-load and load loss test, short circuit impedance test and oil dielectric test to ensure that the transformer meets the design specifications and quality standards.
Routine Test - Winding Resistance
Test voltage source (commonly used are 6V, 10V, 20V, 40V or 100V, depending on the equipment model or customer requirements)
Temperature and humidity meter (used to record the ambient temperature and humidity during the test)
Disconnect the electrical connection between the test cable and the equipment to ensure that there is no external current or voltage interference.
Select a suitable voltage range for testing and set the test voltage according to the equipment requirements.
Connect the test equipment to the winding terminals of the device under test, making sure the connections are secure and properly grounded to avoid measurement errors.
Apply Test Voltage:
Select the appropriate test current according to the equipment specifications (such as test current for low-voltage windings, single-phase or three-phase windings).
Winding resistance (usually expressed in units of "Ω")
Test current (A)
Test voltage (V)
Temperature (record the winding temperature before and after the test)
Resistance deviation is between 5% and 10% (warning)
Resistance deviation exceeds 10% (further inspection or corrective action is required)

FAQ From Customers
-
What is a Transformer?A transformer is an electrical device used to change the voltage of alternating current (AC). It works on the principle of electromagnetic induction, converting high-voltage current into low-voltage current or low-voltage current into high-voltage current. Transformers are widely used in power transmission, distribution systems, and various electronic devices.
-
What are the main uses of a transformer? The main use of a transformer is voltage conversion. Transformers are used in power transmission systems to help transfer electricity from power plants to consumers. In addition, transformers are also used in electronic devices such as chargers, televisions, power adapters, etc., to adjust the voltage to meet the requirements of different devices.
